Importance: Technical writing connects technology to users, professionals to clients, colleagues to colleagues, supervisors to employees, and individuals to communities. All careers involve reading and composing emails, sending attachments, giving/receiving messages, and explaining procedures.

·         All careers, including engineers, nurses, police officers, chemists, accountants, sales representatives, professors, park rangers, insurance adjusters, travel agents, and public relations officers.
